I had a circuit of outlets not working. Sater’s came the same day !! Not only that they provided with an arrival time. Sater’s provide updates on arrival and was there at that time. NO WAITING for a window of 4 hours arrival time. They found my problem was in a seldom if ever used outlet. Loose wiring and burnt outlet. A real fire hazard. Lucky me!! I met Saters Electric when Adam came in to buy a work van here at Andy mohr and he was great to work with. While we were talking, he explained why whole-house surge protection matters and how most people don't have one even though every home should.
